I was wondering how old you need to be eligible to open a a portfolio?

1. A portfolio is NOT an account. It is a collection of investments that an individual holds. For example, you may have an investment portfolio that consist of stocks, bonds, CD, etc.. They are investments that you hold within your portfolio.
